it seems to be just a network problem, not qmail problem.

I have installed the lastest toaster and working fine
But sometimes I have this error in my log :
Failure : Connected to X.X.X.X but connection died. Possible duplicate! ( # 4.4.2)
Why I've got this error and how to resolve it ?
