Does the domain have a catch-all bounce set? We encountered a similar
problem a few weeks ago.

reply a confirmation message from TMDA the server complains saying that

i've been fooling around with the tmda option, and in case anyone
wondered in the dir:
/usr/local/tmda-cgi-0.13/skel/install/.tmda
there are some default options that a new user starts with, in
particular look the config file. I personally like the logs in /var/logs
