I try to use netqmail patch with no success:
unpack netqmail
./collate.sh
cd netqmail-1.05
gpatch <../../qmail-toaster-0.6-1.patch
and the error is:
patch: malformed patch at line 2142:
it seems maildirquota.c is not present.
Should I apply a previous patch ?

I have several machines( linux, openbsd ) with your patch and works like a
charm. But I try to use it in a new one ( linux rh 7.3 ). So I patch qmail,
I revised qmail-smtpd.c and Makefile and seems to be ok.
I "make" qmail and no problem. qmail-smtpd is (78k) so lower then
qmail-smt
