If you don't want quota, then you can try dovecot (www.dovecot.org)
mimalistic imapd server with vpopmail support.
Not so bloat like courier.

Qmail installation on SuSE was easier than what i though!
I used the Bill's Qmail Toaster and did it all, except the
stuff for IMAP (cyrus authlib and imap) and Squirrelmail which
I omited because didnt wanted to support it yet.
everything was ok and working fine! Didnt took so much time.

Are you running the 32-bit version or the 64-bit version of SuSE Linux
9.3? Plenty of people have had no trouble at all running the toaster on
the 32-bit version but the 64-bit version has been giving us some trouble.

public dyndns sites or such.

If you have access to your nameserver you can edit the A record
pop3.domain.tld and set a ttl of 60 seconds.
If Masterpop faied just edit this entry and the lookup of
