Is there some way to debug the process to see why Qmail is allowing
the bad recipient to be OK'd? A telnet session tells me nothing, and
adding recordio logs only the facts of the transaction but doesn't
give me any clue as to _why_ its happening.

Yes, quite frustrating isn't it? As Bill mentioned we were having a
similar problem with Yahoo! recently, and are less than impressed with
their postmaster department. Yahoo! has a form buried deep in their
site that they will send you to fill out if you are being blacklisted.

i know it's OT but maybe someone of you has a solution ...
We have a DSL Dynip Connection to the net and fetching 70 POP3 Boxes from
our Mailserver (running with toaster) in the Net every 15 Minutes via
fetchmail.
Is there a better way to sync the mailboxes from outside to the intranet ?
