Using "source-file /path/to/file" after tmux starts is almost exactly as
if you had typed the commands in manually, so it can do pretty much
whatever you like.

while an active server running multiple sessions with multiple windows is
running currently. I'm curious if there's a way to at least ask tmux to read
the .tmux.conf file and start a new session based on the definitions
