TERM outside tmux and screen-256color inside.

"solarized" scheme (http://ethanschoonover.com/solarized), which, to keep
things consistent starts off by modifying your terminal colors themselves
through .Xresources or gnome terminal settings.
My basic 16 colors thus remap
