Want to resize-pane without resizing the adjacent pane with it

Hi tmux-users, I have four panes: +---+---+ | | | | 0 | 1 | | | | +---+---+ | | | | 2 | 3 | | | | +---+---+ and want to increase the height of pane 1 to get: +---+---+ | | | | 0 | 1 | | | | +---+ | | +---+ | 2 | 3 | | | | +---+---+ but a tmux resize-pane -t 1 -D
