You can do move a window into a pane with swap-pane or join-pane.
Can't currently have a pane be both a window and a pane simultaneously,
this is a common request so it is high on the todo list but it is
non-trivial so it needs me to have free time.

Awesome! My next question was how do I split windows but have my split window
be one of my already used windows, similar to screen? When I currently try to
split, the split window is a new shell.
