I ran the december stew perry contest. TLF is working for me well, but I
haven't worked out how the scoring is done.
I'm using the provided stewperry rules file with my call and exchange set
up the way I like.
However, the scoring seems not quite right, with scores of 20 for a qso
with a station
Check that you have set your locator right in logcfg.dat:
