but…
tld cqww simulation
my callsign is R2DEX
when i type it as receive — tlf wrote to me CQzone 16
when i transmit — cwdaemon keying 14!
this is copy part of .paras from cqww-test folder

The default rules for CQWW are defined in /usr/share/tlf/rules/cqww (or
/usr/local/share/tlf/cqww depending on your installation).

You probably missed the customizing step. TLF uses by default
the delivered generic configuration files from /usr/share/tlf.
Generally they have to be tailored for the actual user and contest.
This is also the case for CQWW. The default rule file
(/usr/share/tlf/rules/cqww) contains 14
