I made a directory /home/ed/tlf and a subdirectoy /home/ed/tlf/test.
I put the logcfg.dat and the rules, plus the test.fmt in /test. Made all
the needed changes.

My text editor did not like the .cbr, but nano had no problem. But in
nano I now see a $0 at the end of the line

After a busy autumn I found time to prepare a new TLF-1.2.0_pre3
prerelease. This is an experimental version to mainly check the new
code to write cabrillo logs.
Due to GitHub dropping the upload of packaged distribution ready files
it is only available at
