Shouldn't the time offset be entered in cty.dat? Here's the line where I enter mine (Central Time) in that file: United States:04: 08: NA: 37.28:93.82: 6.0: K: The instructions are in the TLF-0.9.9 doc by PA0RCT; I think that's the latest TLF doc. 73, Mike www.w0btu.com
