Just some feedback on the package for Debian that Larry posted the other day
at
http://ka1vgm.dyndns.org/apps/tlf_1.0.0pre4-1_i386.deb
It works great on my Linux Mint machine. I installed using GDebi with no
issues and ran the logger with no errors.

Hi Frank,
I've had the same trouble with Ubuntu and Linux Mint. The only way I was
able to get TLF to work at all was to boot straight to the 2 floppy disks.
I also used the Debian DXpedition Disk without any trouble.
