Seeing there has been no active maintenance on TLF for a long time, it
would require someone else to step in and work on TLF.
It looks like the last release was relatively recent. Was this just a
minor fix?

I have been using digi mode for RTTY contacts, and LOTW rejected the
entries as invalid. I went back and changed them to RTTY in another
program and it worked fine. Is it possible to add RTTY why mode, or is
this non standard?
