I have been trying your texlive 2012 packages for F17.
the package texlive-latexmk-bin contains:
/usr/bin/latexmk -> ../share/texlive/share/texmf-dist/scripts/latexmk/latexmk.pl
but the script (in texlive-latexmk ) actually at is actually at
/usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/scripts/latexmk/l
