So, a small update on this: I've now created a fedorapeople repo for these packages at http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/mef/biber/. You should be able to download the .repo file and then do "yum install biber" -- F18 only for the moment. I may still try to push these through review, but again,

Hello all, I did a quick look around and it didn't look like anyone had yet packaged biber for Fedora. (This is the replacement for the "bibtex" binary that you use if you want to use the full power of biblatex.) And from what I can tell, the version that's now included in texlive is only a binary
