Yes. A lot of this is simply down to loading the default initramfs into
memory; a lot of the rest comes from selinux operations in package
install transactions. T

Fedora 15 require 640M+ RAM, try with:
qemu-kvm -m 640 -cdrom Fedora-15-x86_64-DVD.iso F15.qcow2
