Thinkpad: Fedora 31: kernel panic on reboot

Hello, I've filed a bug here about kernel panics on reboots. It only seems to happen on my Thinkpad, not the non Thinkpad workstation. It only happens when I reboot from Fedora into Fedora, not from Windows into Windows, so it shouldn't be a hardware error. Would someone else here be using a Thin
