I tried upgrading my existing system and then later a fresh install of
Fedora 41 Beta. The problem I am seeing is that after login, if I try to
launch a new GTK app like Files, it takes forever to open. If I try to
launch a GTK app too soon after logging in, the app does not follow my dark
