I just did a fresh install of F17 LXDE spin on VirtualBox today, and I
noticed that the lxpanel settings manager was behaving a little strangely.
If I right click --> Panel Settings --> Panel Applets --> Application
Launch Bar --> Edit
The edit window opens up behind the settings
