Copy as HTML in Gnome Terminal (f38beta)

I'm having trouble with the *Copy as HTML* menu item in GnomeTerminal in Fedora 38 beta. When I paste the result into a Google doc, the result is HTML code. When I paste the result into a Libre Office Writer doc, the result is an error dialog saying "Requested clipboard format is not available.
