Yes, I figured out that I'm going to keep ifcfg-* files when I upgrade. So
far, it looks well. The lack of system-config-network confused me a little.

Strange, I couldn't find how to enable or config it in F20 beta.
Now I see that service exists, but I can't find any configuration tools for
it. Were they removed?
Anyway, thanks for good news.

My PC is currently (I'm using F17) configured to connect to internet using
DSL (pppoe) over ethernet interface. I also configured same interface with
static IP address for local network. My computer acts as a router for the
local network. I used old system-config-network to create this

Hi,
I'm trying to install F19 Alpha RC2. As soon as anaconda starts it produces
a dialog saying "An unknown error has occured. This program encountered an
unknown error. You may report the bug below or quit the program".
Unfortunately, it is stuck at this dialog and does not allow me to press

a link to 'Shortcut Settings' in 'Regional & Language'->'Input

I'm trying to set up keyboard layout switching in F18 beta. I added needed
layouts in "Regional & Language", but I can't see where is the option for
layout switching. Currently, the only way to switch layout which works is
clicking on layout indicator on panel, but it is not an acceptable solution.
I tried F18 with mate desktop, and noticed that several applets are
missing. There is no sound volume applet, system monitor or sensor applets.
Anyone knows why they are missing?
