I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask.
Right now booting via EFI does not offer me a rescue system but "just"
to install.
Since using the normal rescue mode without EFI is not sufficient to use
e.g. efibootmgr I would ask to have some "proper" rescue system via
efiboot as well.

systemctl status rc-local.service
(it already tells you to check for details why it's failing).

but after a time the efi install broke and booted in windows as well.
My question is how do i setup multiboot with (at least windows,
preferrably both os booting via EFI)?
