how to debug / report kernel-2.6.35rc regression

Hi! My problem occurs on Dell Latitude D400 notebook with 2.6.34 kernel I can press "Power/Sleep" button and goes down OK. with 2.6.35rc2 kernel nothing visible happens. Where can I look (which logs?) to debug this issue or what should I attach to bug report? Thanks, MZ -- test mailing li
