Other times the edit includes new version(s) of the package(s) and

We are attempting to compose the release candidate today, which means we
needed the final versions of packages in the repo prior to today. Thus
the final version of fedora-release went into updates-testing recently,
where you likely picked it up.

If we can get karma on these, I'll be able to push them over to stable
and get a release candidate compose going.

I think in situations like this where there is a plethora of testing, a
proventester could give their +1 "by proxy", to move the update along.

The best idea we've come up with yet is to have bodhi /not/ untag a
build from dist-f??-updates-testing when it moves to stable, and instead
have the mash process that composes dist-f?? do the untagging, or use
something outside of either of those to periodically check packages in

We (Fedora releng) have been discussing various ways to make this less
of an issue. We haven't had any flashes of brilliance yet thou
ficant amount of bug traffic and mailing
list traffic and general confusion in the users. It is not something I
would consider even Alpha quality.

Why so hostile? VNC installs just allow you to do the GUI install, but
export the graphics to a second computer over the network. It is very
useful.
