It does seem to have been the dracut issue. I wasn't able to get the boot menu up for some reason, either with holding shift, or mashing escape. For anyone else running into the same issue, this is how I fixed it 1) boot off of live cd, I used the fedora 34 disk 2) connect to wifi 3) use gnome d
