Missing expected images:
Workstation live i386
Cloud_base raw-xz x86_64
Cloud_base raw-xz i386
Atomic raw-xz x86_64
Kde raw-xz armhfp
Minimal raw-xz armhfp
Workstation live x86_64
Images in this compose but not Rawhide-20160323.n.0:
Workstation raw-xz armhfp
Robotics live x86_64
Robotics live i3
Correction, it should be "grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg" (not
grub.conf).

I see here : http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=8

https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/?packages=kernel

This reproduces in both virt-manager and gnome-boxes. I've attached
logs to compare 1st boot and subsequent boot but I can't figure out
why domain resolution doesn't work on just the first boot.
