You can "fix" this with yum swap -- remove firewalld-config-standard fedora-release-cloud -- install firewalld-config-workstation fedora-release-workstation swap workstation for non-product if you wish ;) IMHO it would be nice if it were easier / more straightforward to swap between releases,
