Hi folks,
Just tried this one in both virt-manager (qemu-kvm) and gnome-boxes and
it would show the "Start fedora" screen, after which it'd fall to a
dracut shell with errors to do with an unrecognized file system. The
screen-shot is here[1]. I checked up journalctl but it gave the same

After a routine yum update at omen.com,
the previously reported mount.cifs breakage has spread from rawhide to
Fedora 18.
It gives:
mount error(22): Invalid argument
Refer to the mount.cifs(8) manual page (e.g. man mount.cifs)

While there was a Fedora 19 blocker bug review meeting scheduled for
tomorrow, there are currently no blockers proposed and only one freeze
exception proposed for F19 alpha.
It seems a bit excessive to call a meeting to review a single bug and
thus, the review meeting tomorrow is canceled.

The (lengthy) section on "installing rawhide" is confusing and I
suspect out of date. ;)
If anyone has some time and is willing to help out, could you try to get

I installed the development and creative workstation from today's rawhide.
After booting Gnome did its "something gone wrong" screen.
I then installed the Xfce desktop. As usual, xfce4-terminal had to be

I assume that nobody is using it at the moment, so I'll be bringing the
app down at 18:00 UTC. The upgrade shouldn't take long and I expect to
