It just happened with the latest pushed update of NetworkManager (I
updated this morning) on a clean F15 system (not an upgraded one).

The update has been stuck for lack of testing, I'd appreciate it if a
few people could give it a try and leave feedback:

I just updated a F14 system to F15. After the update I can't login via
the console. Login through the network over ssh is possible.
Does this mean that the update procedure hasn't translated getty
startup procedure to systemd conventions? As I still am not quite
familiar with systemd, can any
