Update to this - due to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=677578 , DVD->DVD deltaisos are not currently available for F15 at all. The DVD->netinst disos that ARE available will work using either the old or new xz compression, so there is currently no need to modify a F14 system for this.
