Update to this - due to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=677578 ,
DVD->DVD deltaisos are not currently available for F15 at all. The DVD->netinst
disos that ARE available will work using either the old or new xz compression,
so there is currently no need to modify a F14 system for this.

Due to this bug, the DVD deltaisos from TC1 to TC2 were corrupted, hence
nonfunctional. Unlike the diso from 14 Final to 15 Alpha TC1, this was
unexpected. The DVD->netinst disos work properly so I posted them at
