I fixed this myself! In /etc/httpd/, there is a symbolic link to
/var/run/httpd which is a broken link because there is no httpd directory
under /var/run ...
To fix it, sudo -c "mkdir -p /var/run/httpd"
Restart Web Server...
BTW, this is on Rawhide/x86_64

Something I've found recently is that my /var/run/httpd and /var/run/mod_mono
directories keeps being deleted. Once I manually create them with ownership
given to apache, I'm able to get apache to run again. Try checking to make sure
that /var/run/httpd exists. If not try creating it. I'm not su

Rawhide compose was disabled today due to the ongoing netapp issues. ;(
Hopefully it will be solved today and we will have a compose tomorrow.
