can it read the no.s from a sudoku.

I want to know the image requirements of tesseract like for some images it
doesn't give output.
like for example image attached here.
It gives output like this ♀ symbol when I use pytesseract.image_to_string()
any help would be appreciated.

i think the problem might be with the resolution of the image
