[tesseract-ocr] code reading

When I try to read images with codes and serials using the eng.trainneddata best model, it translates into English what it reads and I don't want that. What trained model do you recommend me to use? the attached image returns me Fouo: Sootaroarett\n+ Cédigo Verificacién\n‘nd ‘ed39¢260d377|\

Hello, I am trying to use tesseract and I have read all the documentation and I have done many tests, sorry if this is not the place to ask this question, but I have been researching for several days and I am having many doubts and I do not know what to do or where to investigate , I'm frustrat
