duplicate copies of every post of mine that someone replies to, largely as
far as I can see because I can't set a reply-to when I write the mail and
the replies therefore get CC'd to my inbox.

Well, after a rather expensive weekend, my dear little beige cuboid has a
brand new motherboard, processor and case *grin* Question is, the case now
has soft power, and I'd like to configure my kernel (2.2.10, distro is
SuSE 6.2) to use it properly, ie. power off on shutdown etc. Can anyone
tell
...well, we've tried flashing the BIOS. Halt achieves a reboot (same as it
did before) rather than the system powering down. Any suggestions,
eg. kernel versions to use etc? My current kernel is 2.2.10- someone did
suggest something about kernels before but I've lost the message,
unfortunately.
