Does anybody know of any information on the upcoming developments in BIOS
technology? My girlfriend is doing a paper for a hardware class. I also
need to know where the info comes from. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I am using X on the Mandrake 6.0...my problem is that I cannot figure out
how to get to the command line. This is not the only distro I hav ever
used, but I have never seen this before. When you close X it gives the
logon screen...but not the command line logon...the X logon (graphical)...at
search for init level and
change it from 5 to 3 :)
runlevel 3 being multiuser networked console startup :)

Has anyone tried the Mozilla browser? I realize it is still bleeding edge
tech, but I know there are a few developers on the list. I have used the
Gecko engine on Windows...and was impressed. Had a tendency to lock, but
that is to be expected, it did not support
