[techtalk] Kernel Compile errors for 2.2.16

I am trying to compile the kernel 2.2.16. It looks like the "make xconfig" menu has modified a bit. Lot of the items have been merged into other menus. I have compiled kernels before, but this time I am getting quite a few errors. The compilation of the modules aborts with error messages. I hav
