My laptop goes into sleep mode after a while in screen saver,
but I cant ever wake it up, I end up having to restart... is there a way to turn
off sleep mode? I'm using Mandrake 7.2 and KDE.

I ended up just reinstalling linux but not formatting like Alex Yan
suggested, thanx Alex! So I can get into linux using my boot disk now, thank
you everyone who emailed back all the bits and pieces helped!

I just installed Mandrake 7.1 and it loaded and everything but when it
restarted my puter it gave me an LI so I just used a dos startup disk and
did fdisk \mbr so I got back into windows is there any way I can get into
linux now?

Thank you for you help again, it still wont connect, I'm waiting for a
friend to get back in town so I can try her ISP see if its just mine... so I
