I'd call it more of a wild guess, but when I see where I've got an
applet-widget.h and then see what rpm it belongs to, I get this:
% locate applet-widget.h
/usr/include/applet-widget.h
% rpm -q -f /usr/include/applet-widget.h
gnome-core-devel-1.0.4-34
