There is a weekly script on ftp.NetBSD.org that downloads mirrors all
distfiles currently used by pkgsrc.
In the past few weeks I've seen regular hangs, always when fetching
ruby gems.
The hangs from the last two weeks look like this (in ps):
pkgmastr 18764 0.0 0.0 33012 4748 ?
