Proposal: Remove MKCRYPTO

MKCRYPTO=no is currently broken because nobody maintains or tests it, and it does not remove all cryptography from the system anyway. Rather than fix it, I would like to remove nominal support for the MKCRYPTO option altogether. Originally, MKCRYPTO was introduced because the United States classi
