We've been using Fiberstore.com:

They ship directly from China (but quickly!), but the ability to select
exact vendor/model combinations is really good, and the price is definitely
right. We haven't needed their customer support too much, but when we have
it's been decent.
Interesting, that's 2 'votes' for fiberstore.com and they are (one of)
the ones that are less than $20. For 96% off list I think it's worth a
try; I'm going to order a few. I do have genuine Cisco SFPs here that I
can swap in if there's a support issue.

Don’t forget to use a quote to squeeze the manufacturer for better pricing.
They know that people are happily buying their optics elsewhere and they might
come close to matching prices (especially if you’ve tested a set and know you
have a credible alternative).
