The Cognition Framework is LGPL.
The Cognition Modeler, the Eclipse plug-in, is currently an evaluation while
we're working out the kinks so use it to your hearts content. Once final, we
will license it most likely similar to JIRA - having a free Community edition

Cognition and Trails (they're trying to work together, though) is that
Trails is domain-driven and Cognition is database-driven (it generates
