Just put the Talks.sys file on the memory card then go to File Manager and

Well that depends on what version of Talks you are upgrading from and what
programs you use on the phone.
As a example: The Internet Radio works better with the 5.21.3 version of
Talks.
Probably outside of that, there isn't a lot of changes if any for that
phone.
