Hello:
I may have couple of Eloquence concerns:
One:
Could I have a multiple editions of it are installed at a time??
Secondly:
How about Eloquence for French, Please refer me to it's download directory.
Please be accurate and straightforward to the point as much as potential.

Hello Steven,
I have had some sighted assistance today.
Here are some details:
Nokia C5
Code 059b6q7 - I could find nothing about it being branded via google.
Firmware version 32.010 - which I have now re-installed. Seems to be the
current version.
Talks 5.01 - latest version
ETI Eloquence V1
That would be correct on the product code. The product code is all digits
and doesn't have any Alpha characters in it. So you may want to have a
person recheck it.

Hi Steven,
My son has re-checked the product code and tells me it is correct, just with
upper case letters in it.

The only details in the battery compartment are the IMEI no, the produ

seconds!!! I hardly had time to breathe! but it was locked again. I
changed that setting so that it stays open for 30 seconds, at least that

My music player has suddenly stopped playing through the phone speaker and
also through headphones. One day I was trying to increase the volume, which
was quite low at the time. It would not increase and then the sound stopped
completely. I am wondering whether the volume control is physically brok

hi John,
i am not sure where are you located, but according to your C5 product code, the
phone is a Hong Kong branded phone and it is a
warm-gray color. can you check whether the menu is turned to be chinese instead
of english?. maybe that could be your talks problem.
anyway, just my guess.

no Stephen, recent nokia product codes consist of alpha and numaric numbers.
and because of this changes, device that with product
code such as "059B6Q7" cannot be rebranding to another set of product code.
this happen to some latest release of nokia device such
