read it word by word or make talks spell it letter by letter?

Hello Nicky,
I can help you with your first two question.
1. Sounds like you have your cursor mode set to original, which is the
default setting. You can cycle through the cursor modes by pressing the
Talks key followed by a long press on the figure 2 key on your keypad. The
order is: Lett
To spell a word, do a Talks followed by a long press of right arrow. To spell a
line do a Talks followed by a long press of up arrow.

I am smiling now. but for reading the messages, it was already on read and
it still not working.
I went, put it on don't read and back to read.
It maybe the phone problem.
I am using the Nokia E500.
