I have been using Time Tool for around 6 years, and it has timed out on me
several times. To solve the problem, I go find the latest version of the
program and install it over the old version. It's then good to go for
another couple of years. It's a pain, but fortunately not a frequent pain!

Set the clock back about a year and then about every six months until you
can successfully install the app.
BTW, you can keep the clock settings open for ease of re-setting the year.

It's ok now. I figured it out. When the message appeared again I just hit
soft key one to accept the change.
