C5 has raised keys
Not a C5 phone. If you have already Talks on a phone and that Talks is yours
you will only have to pay the 50 pounds transfer to the C5 and not the one
hundred and fifty pounds, you can still get it from RNIB with Talks installed
but you will need to tell RNIB the Talks Registration number.
