i tried to get a demonstration code for a 2nd edition phone last night. the
system at talknav did generate the code based on the imei number supplied, i
think. but the registration applet on the phone keeps generating a message,
"invallad serial number." can someone please help wit my confusion? if

Is it Bluetooth, I think it is. Check that it is paired with the phone by
turning on bluetooth on the phone and then pair new device. Presumably
there are batteries for the keyboard, ensure they are not flat.
